Fresh Western Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered—but if something’s off, we’ve got your back.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Standard Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Holiday Returns: Purchases made between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for return through January 31.

Quick Note from Our Team

We're a small team and don’t offer free returns at this time, but we do make it easy. We proudly offer Corso Shipping Protection + Concierge Service at checkout. When selected, you get more than just package protection - you get Concierge Support for applicable returns and exchanges. 

If you opt in:

-Your Package is protected against loss, theft, or damage in transit

-You'll receive priority support for returns & exchanges

-Corso may cover the cost of your return label

-Fast-tracked replacements or refunds in no time. 

If you didn't select Corso at checkout, Fresh Western still glad to support your return - but you'll follow our standard process & fees. Use your own label or grab a prepaid one from us for just $7.95.

Exchanges

Want to swap sizes or get a different color? We offer free exchanges - no return fees. Use our Returns Portal to start the process. We'll:

  1. Generate a prepaid label for you. 
  2. Reserve the new item immediately
  3. Ship your replacement once your return is scanned in and processed

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To keep things fair, we ask that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.

How to Make a Return

Returns are easy and self-serve. Use our Returns Portal to request a return label. We'll deduct a $4.95 return shipping fee from your refund to help cover the return costs. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund back to your original payment method. 

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after your return arrives, and once it is inspected. 

Damaged or Defective Items

Let us make it right:

  • Email howdy@freshwestern.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, photos, and a quick description of the issue. 

  • We’ll cover the cost and send a replacement or refund fast.

Corso Green Shipping Protection

  • Add Corso at checkout for peace of mind against lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Opted in and need help? File a claim here.

International Orders

  • At this time, we do not cover return shipping for international orders.

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Lost or Missing Packages

If you selected Corso Green Shipping Protection at checkout and your order was marked delivered but not received, you can file a claim with Corso, here for prompt resolution. If protection was declined, you'll need to file a claim with the carrier. We've got your back - we're glad to provide guidance and all the information you'll need. Fresh Western is not responsible for lost or stolen packages without protection selected.
